Dennaton Games is back with more brutal homicidal mayhem in Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number. The game follows up on the fallout from the first game with the stories of multiple characters whose paths intersect in an increasingly bloody and violent way.
No release date has been set but Dennaton is targeting a 2013 release.
Hotline Miami was one of the surprise hits of gaming in 2012. It might have been because of the gratuitous violence but it was more than likely because of how fun and challenging the gameplay was.
Well, the gratuitous violence was recreated in this fan film by a group of high school students. I doubt it would go over well with their teachers but the Hotline Miami Facebook page sure liked it.
One of my favourite games of 2012 was Hotline Miami. There wasn’t much in the way of a deep plot or fantastic graphics. It was just an excuse to unleash some old school death and destruction on the forces of (relative) evil.
But what would happen if Hotline Miami crossed over to unleash chaos and death on other classic games? It might look a little like this.
