Having not read the books yet, Sunday’s episode of Game of Thrones certainly caught me off-guard. It was definitely a big “did that just happen” moment though I’ll definitely be back for this week’s season finale. However, there were some people who were well and truly shocked and upset after watching the most recent episode. Those people make great viewing for us thanks to YouTube.

Dude, read the books. They’re good. I don’t watch the show, and can’t watch the video (stupid work filters), but
I’m gonna guess one of the characters needs a hand? Did I get it right? Anyway, the books go inside the character’s heads a bit, and you’ll never guess what happens next.

Funnily enough, I just started reading A Game of Thrones last night. Seeing as this season’s finale is this Sunday, I’ll have plenty of time to catch up before next season.
And I don’t think I can guess what’s going to happen next. I can think of maybe a handful of characters who are probably safe given who the show is built around. Apart from that, who knows. I kind of like it that way.
